First Call Restoration, Inc. provides a service that connects property owners in Tennessee with a network of independent, vetted contractors specializing in property restoration and construction services, including but not limited to fire damage restoration, water damage restoration, remodeling, general contracting, and building restoration. First Call Restoration, Inc. does *not* directly employ contractors to perform these services. We act as a facilitator, connecting clients with qualified professionals.

Use of the Website

 * You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. 

* You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services. 

* You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information (if applicable) and for all activities that occur under your account.

 * You agree not to use the Site and/or DBA Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site. 

* Use of this site is at your own risk.

 All content on this Site and/or DBA Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of First Call Restoration, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Termination

 We may terminate or suspend access to our Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. 

Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Crockett County, Tennessee], and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein. 

Changes to Terms

 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Site and/or DBA Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Site and/or DBA Site.
